1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Live Satellite Map Launcher. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Application.
2. Our Services
The Application provides map and satellite-style map views, GPS-based location features, place search, nearby-place information, saved places, route-related tools, map preferences, and related location utilities.
Maps, satellite-style imagery, search results, directions, routes, addresses, and location information may be provided by third parties and may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. They are for general informational and planning purposes only and must not be relied on for emergency navigation, safety-critical decisions, or professional surveying.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, network provider rules, platform policies, and third-party rights. You are responsible for your use of the Application and for any activity that occurs on your device.
4. User Representations
By using the Application, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, your use will comply with applicable law, and you will not use the Application through automated, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized means.
5. Mobile Application License
Tour Tech grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on devices that you own or control for personal, lawful use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, adapt, resell, sublicense, exploit, or misuse the Application except where applicable law expressly allows it.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application, including software, design, functionality, names, marks, text, graphics, interfaces, layouts, and related materials, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Application to:
- Track, locate, monitor, harass, or collect location information about another person without their knowledge and lawful authorization.
- Use map, route, imagery, or place information for unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, or safety-critical purposes.
- Attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with map or location services, or violate third-party provider rules.
- Distribute malware, harmful code, spam, deceptive content, or unlawful material.
- Interfere with the Application, its services, advertising systems, analytics, or security features.
- Copy, modify, scrape, or exploit the Application in an unauthorized manner.
8. Reviews and Feedback
If you submit reviews, suggestions, feedback, or other contributions, you agree that they will be lawful, accurate, based on your genuine experience, and free from offensive, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, or harmful content. You grant us permission to use feedback to improve the Application without compensation to you.
9. Advertisements and Third-Party Content
The Application may display third-party advertisements or contain links, SDKs, map data, imagery, search services, analytics tools, cloud-connected services, or other third-party content that we do not control. We are not responsible for advertiser content, external websites, map-provider content, third-party products, claims, offers, privacy practices, or terms.
10. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments
If paid features, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases are offered, they are handled through the applicable app store or payment provider. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are subject to that provider's rules. We cannot cancel subscriptions, change billing terms, or issue platform-managed refunds on your behalf unless the platform provides a method for us to do so.
11. Launcher Notice
Live Satellite Map Launcher may include home screen functionality. If a user independently chooses to make the Application the default home app through system-provided controls, the home screen experience may differ, including layout, icons, shortcuts, widgets, search area, app arrangement, or other app access surfaces shown on the device.
Your installed apps, app data, personal files, and local documents remain on your device. The Application does not delete, hide, or control other apps, and it does not require users to manage other apps.
The Application is not designed to direct users to manage other apps or system features. Any default home app or permission control is provided by Android, Google Play, or the device manufacturer.
Tour Tech cannot manage device-level controls, manage a Google Play account, or cancel Google Play subscriptions on a user's behalf. For default home app, refund, subscription, or device-level controls, please refer to the instructions provided by Google Play, Android, or your device manufacturer.
12. Term and Termination
These Terms remain effective while you use the Application. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any feature if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, platform policies, or the rights of others. You may stop using the Application at any time.
13. Modifications and Interruptions
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time. We do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.
14. Corrections
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions, descriptions, availability information, feature information, or other content related to the Application at any time without prior notice.
15. Disclaimer
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. Map content, satellite-style imagery, location results, routes, addresses, directions, and GPS information may vary and should not be treated as emergency, safety, legal, surveying, or professional navigation advice.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tour Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, device functionality, location accuracy, route availability, network availability, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from your use of the Application or these Terms should first be addressed by contacting us. Where required or permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through applicable legal procedures in the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any related notices, constitute the agreement between you and us regarding the Application. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
